Bloom Studio Sessions Give your children a place to learn, create, and explore while you relax and enjoy everything the resort has to offer. Our 2 Toadstool session offers a discount each hour for a second learner. Bloom Studio Sessions offer flexible **1–3 hour** childcare experiences designed to spark curiosity through hands-on art, garden exploration, nature-based activities, STEM discoveries, games, and imaginative play. Every session is thoughtfully led by caring educators in a safe, welcoming environment where children can build confidence, make new friends, and create meaningful memories. Available for **resort guests, Springs members, and gym members**, our flexible scheduling makes it easy to enjoy the amenities knowing your child is engaged in enriching, age-appropriate activities just steps away. **Please note:** A parent or guardian must remain on the resort property for the duration of the session.
Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Bloom Studio Sessions! We're so excited to welcome your child to Bloom Family Studios! Our flexible 1–3 hour sessions are designed to provide a safe, engaging, and enriching experience filled with creativity, exploration, and fun while you enjoy your time at the resort. To help every family have a wonderful experience, please review the following policies: • Booking Please reserve your session at least **3 hours in advance**. For example, a **9:00 AM** session must be booked by **6:00 AM**. If you need to reserve a session closer to the desired time, please reach out to us to see if there is availability. • Parent/Guardian Availability For your child's safety, a parent or guardian must remain **on the resort property** for the duration of the session and be available if needed. • Drop-Off & Pick-Up: Bloom Family Studios is conveniently located in **Building 33**, just behind the tennis courts at the top of the hill. Please arrive on time for both drop-off and pick-up to help us provide the best experience for all families. • Need to Make a Change? We understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes whenever scheduling allows. • Cancellation Policy Cancellations made **more than 5 hours before** the scheduled session start time may be rescheduled based on availability. Cancellations made **within 5 hours** of the session start time, as well as missed sessions or no-shows, are non-refundable. Thank you for choosing Together We Bloom!
